After hosting two successful editions of Pakistan Super League now UAE Cricket authorities has taken u-turn from there agreement and is not interested to host its Third editions. Bonding Between Pakistan Cricket Board and UAE cricket authorities board suffered very much, even after having an agreement with PCB to not host any League from December to March but their own league will be played from December to January
.
(ACB) Afghan Cricket Board had also announced Afghanistan's T20 league earlier this year in Afghanistan but now they had to reverse their decision after blast during a cricket match in Kabul now the league will be taking place in UAE this October.

Indian premier league is mostly played in India but half matches of the league were held in UAE back in 2014, now rumors suggest that BCCI is considering UAE as venue for Next IPL edition.
PCB had already told Emirates cricket authorities to not host any event in the end of this year as Pakistan's series against Australia and New Zealand are scheduled but they didn't take it serious, regarding that PCB had to called the meeting immediately.

PCB is Raddled over the decision taken by Emirates cricket authorities and has decided to held series vs NZ and Aus on neutral venues and considering to held all matches of forth edition of PSL in Pakistan, final decision will be taken after meeting between PCB and franchise owners on 12 June.

Franchises owners have backed Pakistan Cricket Board to held PSL 4 in Pakistan, they said "We're here to do business there is no need of hosting playing in UAE now as many cricket leagues will be played there would result in less sponsorship and broadcast amount". Franchise officials
Moreover, Franchise officials said  that "UAE has became home of Cricket Leagues, changing venue will be definitely a good idea".

Now Pakistan has became a peaceful country holding PSL 4 in Pakistan will be profitable, PSL has became a brand itself, either foreign players come or not PSL 4 should be held in Pakistan, once Pakistan host complete tournament foreign players will definitely come it would be certainly a great move Pakistan Cricket grounds will be lighten again that to for hosting its own league it would a  to watch for every Pakistani.

Pakistan Super League gained so much popularity all over in the world after 2016 but now as well as popularity troubles are also increasing for the league. Pakistan has been third most popular league in the world after BBL & IPL, Pakistan Super League founded in September 2015.

First edition of the Pakistan Super League began on 4 February 2016 with 5 teams in United Arab Emirates all matches held in UAE, Final of the tournament was played on 23 February won by Islamabad united, only three editions of the has been played with Islamabad united being the champions twice.

After two successful editions with 5 teams sixth team Multan Sultan was added in 2018 edition, Azad Kashmir was under discussion but rejected. Although it is named Pakistan Super League but most of its matches are held in UAE, First match of the Pakistan Super League which was played in Pakistan was final of 2017, then playoffs and final were played in Pakistan earlier this year.
After two successful editions in UAE Chairman of Pakistan Super League Najam Sethi said that "more than 10 matches will be held in Pakistan in 2019's edition". Though 24 matches will be held in UAE but they are now in danger.

More than 20 matches will be held in UAE in upcoming edition but that seems difficult now as BCCI has decided to held their league (IPL 2019's edition) in United Arab Emirates. Moreover Afghanistan's League and T10 league will be held there. Arab Emirates has too announced their own league and has many new plans for that. India is playing huge role to start United Arab Emirates League and has insured them to give big sponsorships.

United Arab Emirate's league will be held before PSL will end in between Pakistan Super League, there are chances that schedule of Pakistan Super League might be changed but we have to wait for any official announcement. However Arab Emirates League's name has not been announced but according to plan 26 matches will be played in 24 days, each team will be consist of 16 players, each team will play with 6 foreign players.
Arab Emirates League's chairman Naseem Ashraf quoted that "This league will have its own identity and Everyone would love to buy its tickets."
On the other hand Pakistan Cricket Board is looking for a new home venue where the series against Australia and New Zealand would be held. Hong Kong has offered Pakistan Cricket Board to organize their most of series there.But PCB is still waiting for UAE Cricket official to respond to the warning. Any official announcement has not been made yet.
